Our Christmas went really well

We had a great Christmas! I got the mother's ring I have always, always wanted!!! Seven beautiful birthstones just like my seven beautiful children! I went to all of the family gatherings against my better judgment and despite the fact that I felt horrible but I didn't want to be scrooge and they wanted me to come anyway. I kept telling that I might be contagious I guess they didn't believe me :))).....until they heard that my voice was horrible and almost gone and now they don't feel so well...

Back to house stuff....trying to get this finished. I'm almost finished with the boys' room. I received a new digital camera from dh and dear children!!!! But I have to send my computer to the hospital for a few days to get reloaded before I can do much on here. I can't even post to my favorite board!!! :((((

Sick on Christmas Eve? SUCKS

My head hurts, my face hurts, my nose is stuffed. My hips hurt and my neck is killing me! I'm not sure about the hips thing but I do know that I don't think anyone "gets" that I feel really bad. I know it is Christmas but it isn't like I planned this! Randy was even shocked when I had a fever. So maybe they will understand if I skip everything except Santa and my mom's house? I don't think so....my Mom has already informed me that my grandfather really, really wants to see me.

Well, so I'll go see him, give him a hug, stay for a bit and GO....and of course as he is 92 years young he likes his house about hmmm...say 110 degrees...which right now will feel like I'm baking myself instead of cookies....which I haven't even done yet....nope, no cookies...just pie....out of a box.

I pray tomorrow is better, if nothing but for the kids' sakes.
